A. Our Company Elegant Tonight is located in Northeast Pa.

Q. Is Your merchandise shipped right from your company home base.

A. No, One our shippers is right here in Pa. One is also in California, so therefore some of your items might come in 2 separate shipments.

Q. Do You ship outside of the U.S.A.

A. No, at this time we only ship within the U.S.A.

Q. Is Your merchandise true to size.

A. We get as close to true size as possible, please advise our size chart to determine your size.

Q. How long does shipping take.

A. As a rule 4 to 5 business days. If you order on Friday after 10 A.m. EST please be advised that your order will not be processes until the next Monday. If that Monday is a holiday, your order will be processed first thing Tuesday morning.

Q. What is the time frame on overnight shipping.

A. All orders must be placed by 10 A.M. EST for next day overnight delivery. Otherwise they will be received by the following day.

A. We are an online Internet store, we are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Q. Do you have a catalog you can physically mail me.

A. No, at this time all of our merchandise is on our online store, If you see something somewhere else e-mail us at sales@eleganttonight.com  and we will do our best to accomodate you.  Because we are always adding new products it is hard to keep up with making a new catalog and keeping our products fresh.
